Branding: Work by Rebecca Bartlett, Toben & More

The Branding7 competition is still open for entries! Presented is work by talented firms who submitted to the Restaurant category.

Above is a Platinum Award-winning branding design submitted to the Design Annual 2015 competition by Rebecca Bartlett. When approached by their client Wednesday Seven about branding the restaurant Proposition Chicken, they “were tasked with naming it, branding it, and making it the catchiest counter concept in town.”
The above design is part of a series submitted to the Branding7 competition by Toben in Australia. “As an informal meeting and eating place, the brief was to create an identity and range of applications that captured and celebrated the vibrant and colourful lifestyle of Australia’s sunshine state.”
The branding design above won a Silver Award in the Design Annual 2016 competition. It was designed by Alan Colvin and Laura Wright of Cue, Inc. for their client, Streetz American Grill. “The primary identity and signage is reminiscent of signs and ephemera from vintage American dining establishments, from hot dog stands to burger joints.”
There are only a few months left to submit work to the Branding7 competition. The sooner you enter, the greater your chances of being featured on our website, blog, and social media platforms!
