Advertising: Leo Burnett, PP+K & More

The Advertising Annual 2018 competition is coming to a close! Above and below are submissions to the Public Services category.

The advertisement above (left) was designed by Kelly Dorsey, Peter Ty, Casey Martin, Kyle Poff, and art directed by Kate Harding-Jackson under Creative Directors Matt Miller and Phil Jungmann of Leo Burnett won a Gold Award in the Advertising Annual 2014 competition. The ad, made for their client, Peace One Day/D&AD, invited people to have dinner with someone they feel they need to settle their differences with on Peace Day, September 21. The other ad (right) was made by Executive Creative Director Tom Kenney, Creative Director Michael Schillig, and Art Director Palmer Holmes of PP+K in Florida for their client, Big Cat Rescue. The ad represents a statement against humans who domesticate wild animals for their own personal gain. See below for more!

The above entry (left) was created by Dave Roberts of ThinkDaveThink in California. The purpose of the social media campaign was to “create a calmer and more deliberate dialogue in contrast to much of the anger and noise that has become a go-to response to the day’s headlines. It is a sound check in the face of alternative facts.” Orange No. 45 represents the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump. The ad beside it (right) was created by Executive Creative Director Peter Bell, Creative Director Tom Dixon, and Art Director Ryan Carter of Traction Factory in Wisconsin. Submitted to our current competition, the ad was made for the ALS Association Wisconsin Chapter in order to increase attendance to its annual event, Rockin’ for a Cure.
Only a few weeks left to submit to the Advertising Annual 2018 competition. The earlier you enter, the greater your chances for additional exposure on our blog, website, and social media platforms!
