Poster: International New Entries by Woody & Lucas Pirtle, Pekka Loiri & Seung Min Han

Poster Annual 2020 is open again until tonight! Submit your work and check out international new entries here!

As we come closer to the end of the Poster Annual 2020 competition, we are still receiving exciting entries from around the world. Finland has offered an alarming political poster, “Tocsin” (ABOVE, RIGHT) by designer Pekka Loiri. In it, she uses an image of the earth overlaid on a red alarm bell to denote impending danger for our planet as we know it. On a lighter note, a festival poster by Woody & Lucas Pirtle called, “45th Telluride Film Festival” (ABOVE, LEFT) displays the beautiful Colorado town that this festival takes place in.
Last but not least, Seung Min Han submitted his work, “Korean Traditional Dance Graphic Seminar” (ABOVE) which represents a traditional Korean dance, Dosalpuri, for the purpose of this event poster. With movement and grace imbued in the image, this poster is an inspiring reminder that graphic art can serve as support for other forms of art as well.

Submit to the Poster Annual 2020 Competition by the extended deadline TODAY, February 19, by 11:59pm! Winners will have the opportunity to see their work published on our website, blog, newsletter, and social media platforms!
