Dan Lindsey from Professor Kristin Sommese’s class at Pennsylvania State University created “Experimental Image” in order to experiment with light and styling while making a bright and playful piece. Another one of Sommese’s students, Kendall Spangler, created “Wine Packaging” for wine and cheese lovers, travelers and connoisseurs to enjoy.
Other submissions from Pennsylvania State University include the series “Magazine – Mentality” (image below), created by Professor Lanny Sommese’s student Daniel Lewis. The series uses visual representation in a magazine format in order to depict the possibilities of exploring different characters.
The Graphis Photography Competition features some of the most compelling and influential design of the year from across the world. Gold and Platinum awards, along with winning entries, will be published in the New Talent Annual 2016.
