Frank Anselmo’s career began at BBDO New York, known as the most awarded advertising agency in the U.S. After working alongside creative legends: Gerry Graf, Eric Silver, and David Lubars, Anselmo rose to new heights as the Creative Director. He won BBDO’s 1st One Show Gold Pencil in history for a non-TV idea. Since then, he has been hired by over 75 of the top companies in the world including Apple.

Anselmo is considered to be a rare breed of creative leader, whose work continues to inspire. Most notably, he is responsible for leading more young creatives to globally awarded work within the past 12 years than anyone in history. As an instructor for the School of Visual Arts in NYC, Anselmo founded the “Unconventional Advertising” program in 2006. The highly successful class holds the title of being the ‘Most Awarded Ad Class In History.’ His students have won more One Show Pencils, Clio Statues, and ADC Cubes than any entire ad school in the world for 12 years.
