Design firm OUWN under Creative Director Atsushi Ishiguro is responsible for the next two presented works. With Illustrator Hikaru Ichijyo, they were responsible for the creative direction of Lumine’s Special Days campaign, seen above, “based around the image of a trip, ‘Life is Journey.'” It is an entry in our current Design Annual 2019 competition.
Then we have OUWN’s Gold Award-winning entry to our Design Annual 2018, “MIYOSHI,” for ABUNOTSURU’s sake of the same name. The Miyoshi sake was created in 1915 in the village of Abu in the Yamaguchi prefecture amid the beautiful Sea of Japan and lush surroundings, so Ishiguro incorporated those elements into the sake packaging.
