Graphis Master Gunter Rambow is an award-winning designer and photographer. His creative philosophy sums up a career that reaches across disciplines.
Graphis Master Gunter Rambow, based in Güstrow, Germany, has stated that his work philosophy is simply, “Everything is important.” Between his attention to detail and his varied talents that span the creative disciplines, it is clear that he has lived up to this belief. Having studied glass painting at Staatliche Glasfachschule Hadamar and graphics at HBK Kassel, Gunter Rambow’s career has been informed by various perspectives on design and art.
Rambow’s contributions to society are many. His designs advertise everything from the TECTA museum (ABOVE, LEFT) to the opera in Frankfurt (ABOVE, RIGHT), and he pays his success forward by teaching the next generation. He has served as a professor of graphic design and visual communication at Gesamthochschule Kassel, at Tongji University in Shanghai and at HfG Karlsruhe, where he is emeritus professor. We are continually inspired and thankful for the work Gunter Rambow produces.
