Exciting new branding designs have been coming in for the Design Annual 2020 competition! One exciting new entry came from Rose Design UK entitled, “10bet Brand Identity” (ABOVE). By reinventing their visual brand and emphasizing the sports world’s relationship to the number 10, Rose was able to differentiate 10Bet and drive an increase in their customer acquisition. With a memorable and minimalistic look, this brand identity is sure to bring the company much success.
Another enticing new entry is “Revitalizing an Iconic Brand” (ABOVE) by WPA Pinfold. For this exciting branding design for Tetley’s Smooth Ale, Myles Pinfold was at the helm for Brand Strategy, working with designers Scott Corbishley and Hayley Wall. They shared, “The brief was to build on Tetley’s rich brewing heritage, that spans almost two centuries (since 1822), reposition the brand in its core market, and make it relevant for today’s drinkers.” The resulting brand design certainly accomplishes this, giving the brewing company a modern feel with a nod to their history.
