German Designer Fons Hickmann – Carmen

Fons Hickmann’s recent submission to the Poster Annual 2015, “Carmen,” is a flamboyant celebration of the Axel Köhler’s production of “Carmen,” for the Semper Opera. Additional German Designers that have contributed to Graphis include Michael Matzke, Goetz Gramlich,
Maria Tomeczek, Olav Jünke 
and Patricia Burgetsmeier.

Hickmann is a past Graphis contributor. His “Heimatkunde” won a Platinum award in the
Poster Annual 2014, in addition to his “Idomeneo,” which won a Gold in Design Annual 2014. He also won a Gold award in the Poster Annual 2005.
