Jin Young Yoo’s Live Big is an immediately identifiable design that draws in a broad range of people through something that resonates with all: the drive to travel. Under the direction of Professor Jack Mariucci, the entry was submitted to our upcoming New Talent Annual 2014.
Because who doesn’t want to spend the night in Positano, Italy? A small margin of people — which is why, were EPSON to launch a campaign to advertise their large format printer, casting the device as a means of transporting a person through large prints is an innovative way to catch a viewer’s attention.
Professor Mariucci hails from the San Francisco Academy of Art. He currently teaches at the School of Visual Arts, drawing upon a lifetime of design experience with accounts such as Hershey’s, Volkswagen, IBM, Polaroid and many more.
