As Madison Square Garden undergoes continuing renovations, the New York sports landmark asked Seattle-based Hornall Anderson to create “an immersive guest experience” to showcase its upgraded suites and partnership offerings.
The Presentation Center space, as it is called, features a theatrical production connecting the past and the future of Madison Square Garden to evoke the thrill of an evening in the arena. Special lighting and video sequences surround visitors with emotional sports memorabilia and entertainment content. In addition to the Presentation Center, the ongoing story of a re-imagined Garden is also shown through sales material and a website. The project was done in collaboration with TPG Architecture.
Hornall Anderson understood that Madison Square Garden needed something that could bridge the past and the future — something to inspire fans and visitors to envision the polish and promise of the new Garden. This was his inspiration for the Presentation Center.
