“The assignment was to photograph extraordinary form and document the flexibility and fragility of the human body.
To execute this exploration I enlisted both a male and female subject to document the dedication to their arts. Chris is a professional ballet dancer studying at the National Ballet of Canada. while Sara is a leading Canadian contortionist working in stunt television as well as the circus.
The result of this documentation of form is intimate and detailed imagery displaying the strength and flexibility of a trained professional athlete in alternative fields of work.”
