As the world continues to be outraged at Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the global design community has risen to show support for the people of Ukraine. These powerful posters offer global points of view from impassioned protests to messages of peace and hope. At a time when Ukraine’s very existence is threatened, Graphis invites the public to see these timely works of art through the eyes of today’s designers.

The exhibition opens to the public November 17, 2022 at the University of California San Diego’s (UCSD) new Park & Market in San Diego, California, USA. The exhibition will be shown concurrently in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Both exhibitions are presented in partnership with AIGA San Diego/Tijuana, a chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and will run through the end of the year.

The majority of posters on display have been created since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Select exhibition posters and signed limited editions will be available for sale with proceeds going to Ukraine humanitarian aid through José Andres’ World Central Kitchen and International Relief Teams.
