Alt Group, a multi-disciplinary design studio based in Auckland, New Zealand, was co-founded by Dean Poole, Creative Director. The studio has been recognized by more than 250 national and international awards, their latest accolade being a German Design Award in honor of Alt Group’s work for the Warren and Mahoney website.
This is the first time a New Zealand company has been honored by the German Design Council. All entries must have been previously recognized by other design awards and are strictly invitation only. There are generally a total of 1,500 international entries with ten awards presented in nine different categories. Alt Group won an award in the Audiovisual, Digital, and Interactive Media category for their interactive grid design utilized on the Warren and Mahoney website.
Among other awards, Alt Group was also featured in Graphis’ Design Annual 2012 as both a platinum and gold winner.
