Design Annual 2016 Spotlight Submissions: New York, USA

Michael Gericke, Matt McInerney, Kelly Sung and Min Ji Lee from the Graphis Multi-Platinum award-winning design firm Pentagram, based in New York, created the above two posters for their client Tishman Speyer for the Design Annual 2016 Competition. One poster (left) was created in order to promote the Starlight Music Series Campaign for Rockefeller Center, which celebrates the annual event at the Top of the Rock observation deck where various musicians play on the sky deck. The other poster (right) was created as part of a series intended to celebrate Top of the Rock’s wonderful views of Manhattan and beyond. Winners from the Design Annual 2016 Competition from New York also included IF Studio’s Toshiaki and Hisa Ide, Graphis Masters who created a Gold-Award Winning brochure design for IGI USA, Core Group (below) in order to expose the architecture and amenities of the new 15 Renwick Condo building. Graphis Gold Award-winning designers in the 2016 Design Annual Competition from Poulin + Morris Inc. created an Athletics and Wellness Center for Convent of the Sacred Heart (bottom left). Alex Boulware and Kyle Wessel from Raison Pure collaborated on packaging for Mortlach Scotch Whiskey (bottom right), which also won Gold in the competition.
